Case Studies
In addition to the annual leadership programs and monthly “samplings”, the Academy will, from time to time, develop curriculum materials per the request of a collection of community groups based on their interest to educate a broad audience on topics relevant to them and their advocacy efforts. For example, we could include training on basic aspects of climate change and how community-based activists might participate in amelioration efforts or on health care payment reform and how community activists might participate in efforts to protect affordability and quality health care in their community. These case study trainings are available for half-day and full-day sessions.
