Strengthening the next
generation of activists
for social change
The Public Policy Institute
PPI empowers activists through advanced policy analysis
and skill-building sessions focused on messaging, campaign
planning, organizing grassroots constituencies, building
nontraditional coalitions and using earned and paid
media strategies.
The Public Policy Institute's programs provide advanced
training, skill building and non-directive networking
opportunities for non-profit organizations interested
in developing their policy advocacy skills or learning
the basic rules and tools of winning public policy campaigns.
The Public Policy Institute works with dozens of organizations
and coalitions on a range of social issues to build
internal and collaborative capacity, to develop skilled
community-based leadership and to establish self-governing
coalition campaigns able to promote and win positive
policy change.
Learn how to combine the standard, smart, savvy tactics
of informed insiders with a district based network of
trained and informed constituents, and you can win.

ONE Massachusetts is a network-in-formation of people and organizations sharing a common vision: to rebuild public confidence in our capacity to work together, through our government, to expand economic opportunity and improve the quality of life in Massachusetts.
Hecate knows how easy it is for ordinary citizens to get
lost in and around all the imposing public buildings in the
capital city. Hecate knows how even the most experienced community
leaders can be intimidated by bustling bureaucrats and puffed
up politicians hurrying through the wide marble halls of the
capitol building. Hecate is ready to help.
